What is our chapter philosophy? Here is the NorCal Council’s statement of principals. We have based it off the National CofCC platform. For a summary of the national platform, read here

State Rights: The States existed prior to the U.S. Government. Any power which is NOT enumerated in the US Constitution is reserved and remains with the States. We want to build a national movement to revitalize our true federal system of government, where sovereignty is centered upon the respective states of the Union. We have seen a constant diminishing of State powers over the last century. Furthermore, states possess the right to interpose federal law when such is deemed unconstitutional. A return to State rights is the best format for ethnic preservation and public liberty for those who value it.

County Seats: We want political power decentralized and see the proper sphere of ordinary government to be the County and municipality. Patriots need to be involved in city government, schools, and neighborhood organizations not only to reclaim their neighborhoods but to counteract political correct agendas, the criminalization of free speech, and the silencing of good Americans who want to save their nation. We don’t want people to view themselves as ‘world citizens’, but citizens of their family, town, county, and state–i.e., a politics that is personal and immanent rather than removed and abstract.

Christ’s Rule: Christianity is more than a “civil religion”. Christianity has specifics that go beyond moralism, and a Savior must be acknowldged or the gospel becomes mundane. We hate the lip service often given by conservatives who are too often ashamed of the gospel. Christ is King, Priest, and Prophet. All men are doomed without repentance unto Jesus. Our best national security is a strong Church, seperated from the State, but with strong influence. A conservative is not an effective patriot without a church life and firm conviction, testimony, life, and faith in Jesus as the only way to salvation. A christian worldview must frame, temper, and define every action.

Kin Relations: What is a nation? Social and economic transformations are occuring that are rapidly shifting America into a new era of regionalism and globalization. White Americans are not mere social constructs, but we have a rich heritage and have every right to maintain our majority status within the same lands our Fathers settled. Yet, let us not be hypocrites! If we truly want to preserve our ethnic identity, we have no right to trample upon the etnicity of others. Nor should we deny biblical universals, like the spiritual unity of all Christians, vis-a-vis “nationhood”. Universals and particulars can co-exist, and we should not embrace one at the expense of the other. There is justice and wisdom in a ‘family-based’ commonwealth. There is also the reality of a universal Church. Can we be members of both without confusing either?

Constitutional Amendment: We are not revolutionaries, and respect the office of magisrate regardless the person who holds it. Many of our goals are buried within an older jurist precident. Can Patriots flush these principals forward within the present body of law? Let us first return to sound, orginalist principals since much of our constitution is perfectly compatible with Christ-confessing state governments. But there is one constitutional amendment which would be necessary for safeguarding true religion amongst the states, and this is the religious tests enforced on the federal level.  Impossible? This nation has added and removed amendments before, so it can be done. Nor is this particular demand without precident. There was an intense campaign for the test going back to 1801.

Regardless, Northern California CofCC does not advocate change unless done by lawful or God-granted powers that are superior in nature and authority to the US Government–these powers would be the states who established union. We uphold the constitution. All change must issue in an orderly manner for the common peace. Where change cannot be done in by legitimate authority, Christians and Patriots alike must endure, suffer, and surrender themselves to those in power, even unto wicked rulers. Our savior suffered, and so our great calling is to do the same, forgoing even our lives and property.

Ethno-bioregionalism: How do we think about where we live? By natural boundaries; such as rivers, hills, lakes, or wetlands; and by ethnic similarities. Haven’t you ever heard, “that’s the white part of town”? (or that’s the black part…etc.). We percieve our home by natural relations. Ethnobioregionalism argues we should draw political lines in a likewise manner–i.e., county, municipal, state and congressional districts ought to be drawn by criterias of pysical nature and families rahter than abstract and legal party ties.
